How to change your server's hostname in Plesk 11

  1. Log in to your Plesk control panel.
  2. Click on Tools & Settings on the right hand side.
  3. Click on Server Settings, under General.
  4. Where it says "Full hostname" is where you would want to put your servers new hostname, typically it is set up as something like server.chillox.net or mail.chillox.net and is normally always the same as what is set up as the primary reverse DNS.
  5. Once you have set it click OK.
