How to manage databases with the Webadmin in Plesk 11

Dear sir,

I thank you for your assistance, but unfortunately it did not solve my problem.

first of all, when I try to create a MySQL database, I get the following warning:
Error: There are no resources of this type (MySQL databases) available from your service provider. Requested: 1; available: 0.

Then, if I create a MS SQL Server database, I manage to create it, but when I want to click on webadmin, I get a warning telling me that this service is not installed.

So I am not able to run any database.
