How can I remove emails that I cannot download?

Sometimes, if an email is too large, or has become corrupt your mail client will be unable to download it from the mailbox. As your mail client wil attempt to download emails in the order they arrived in the mailbox, if you have problems with one email you will not be able to download any emails received after this time.

 

You can remove an unwanted email through a web based mail retrievals system such as Web mail. From here you will be able to delete the problematic email.
