Missing Host Settings Page in DotNeNuke:

  1. Go to your database,
  2. Expend Database
  3. Expend Tables
  4. Edit table "dbo.tabs"
  5. Make sure that PortalID is "NULL" for all rows where TabPath is starting with "//Host".
